At Camp Walden, we provide a great work environment for our staff. Imagine having a summer job in which you can sing, dance, and run around outside all day! We ensure that you are fully trained in our health, safety and camp policies. If you love teaching, making a difference in young lives, and working in a great outdoor team atmosphere, Camp Walden is for you! We provide a motivating, fun, and encouraging atmosphere for all our campers and staff. That is why our employee’s keep coming back year after year.
Positions include Unit Heads, Specialist Counselors, Cabin Counselors, Nurses, Maintenance Staff, Food Services, and Administrative Staff. We value each of our employees and are committed to providing you with a fair and enjoyable work environment. We offer competitive salaries and full room and board is included (it’s not taken out of your pay!). The full summer session is about 7 weeks long, from late June to the third week in August. There are also opportunities for employment during pre and post camp sessions.
